Coach Kathleen and I started working together in July 2020. Due to my scoliosis, work-related wear-and-tear, and disk injury, I have chronic back pain and was regularly relying on steroid injections just to manage my pain levels. I felt like I had hit a wall and needed a more effective solution to improve my back stability, pain management, and range of motion. Discovering Kathleen has been a life-altering experience. While some people may use this phrase excessively, I mean it sincerely. She speaks from personal experience with pain and is an excellent listener who works within my limits while also gently pushing me to achieve greater success. Her skills, bedside manner, knowledge, and genuine kindness are vital during our 1:1 sessions, making me feel like her most important client at that moment. I always feel like I'm in good hands with Kathleen. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and even as a nurse, I'm still impressed by her ability to instantly name muscles and muscle groups. She doesn't just know their names, though - she knows how to work them and customizes my experience to my specific needs. Kathleen is amazing at what she does, and I wholeheartedly recommend her services. Plus, the fact that she offers both in-home and virtual sessions (with strict adherence to COVID protocols) is a tremendous bonus!
