After sending a request for my fence gate repair and specifying a time frame based on HOA guidelines, three companies contacted me. Within an hour of my request, Charlie responded, examined the gate, assured me that the company would complete the job before the 10-day HOA deadline, and explained the work involved. On the promised date, Charlie and his colleague worked in extreme heat to complete the job, leaving my fence in better condition than ever before. The price was also within my budget. In a long time, I haven't encountered such an outstanding service experience as with MCH Improvements. Their approach was courteous, professional, and they provided the best solution for my project. Due to its aging, my fence required repair work and may have needed replacement. However, MCH repaired, pressure washed, and stained it at a fraction of the cost, making it look like a new fence.
