As a certified personal trainer, health coach, and specialist in fitness nutrition, I've been in the business for 12 years. What drives me is helping individuals improve their physical health, fitness, and nutrition. This pursuit is a path toward self-fulfillment and personal satisfaction, made all the more enjoyable with my clients' overall well-being in mind. Sometimes, however, motivation is a problem; that's where I step in. Yet, I have one prerequisite: whatever your goals, we should have fun getting there.
Working out should be enjoyable, despite the sweat and hard work involved. And, to achieve long-term success, you must find joy in this process. Speaking with each client, we work out individualized plans that reflect goals, personality, and attitude. Every person is unique, and so are their getting-fit journeys.
As we work together, I guide my clients through a process of discovery. They learn the joy of using their muscles to test their perseverance and become stronger, both mentally and physically. It's a great adventure, one that I am proud to lead.
Currently, I serve as a personal trainer at four different Anytime Fitness locations throughout the western suburbs of Minneapolis-St. Paul. In addition, I'm an independent trainer at an Eden Prairie gym called Los Campeones. Additionally, I work with people in the comfort and convenience of their homes and apartment workout facilities.

Lynn is a remarkable fitness trainer who guides her clients through proper form and technique. She carefully observes their movements and corrects any errors to prevent injury. Lynn has a keen eye and is quick to assist anyone at the gym who may be performing an exercise incorrectly. She is always courteous, asking permission before giving suggestions.
Besides being knowledgeable in her field, Lynn is also flexible with scheduling. She is willing to adjust her sessions to accommodate changes in the client's availability. Lynn also tailors her programs to focus on specific body parts to help them achieve their fitness goals.
One area of improvement for Lynn is her punctuality. While she usually arrives a few minutes late, she always communicates ahead of time to inform her clients of the delay. Interestingly, this has turned into a running joke between Lynn and her clients, who also sometimes arrive late.
