My name is Tykeem Holmes, and I am the founder of Lev3LUp Fitness, which was established earlier this year. I hold a degree in Exercise Science from West Liberty University and operate the business alongside my partners, Quinton Jones and Devan Wade, both of whom have college degrees in Exercise Health & Fitness. Together, our team has the ability to create tailored workout programs based on individual body types. We are dedicated to ensuring all our clients reach their full potential and achieve their desired goals.
Our training programs focus not only on physical exercise but also include mental health advice and tips. Our ultimate goal is to help our clients excel in all aspects of their lives, whether in or outside of the gym. With over a decade of personal experience in strength and conditioning training and football-specific training, we specialize in weight loss, strength and conditioning, and footwork and agility training for sports such as baseball, basketball, football, soccer, rugby, and lacrosse. Our services extend beyond fitness to include self-defense and football-specific training for positions such as WR, RB, DB, and LB. As full-time entrepreneurs and leaders, we are committed to pushing ourselves to the limit and leading others to achieve their fitness goals.
