My house is quite old and unfortunately, the original windows had a substantial amount of decaying wood. Due to the rotting sills, water was seeping inside the walls. Sanders informed me that the original sills were made of pine, but he replaced them with cypress, a durable wood that doesn't rot. Although Sanders' bid wasn't the cheapest among the contractors I spoke to, his expertise exceeded theirs. He executed the project proficiently, promptly, and with superior artisanship.
