We are a husband and wife team with expertise in Wiki-How, and have won awards as South American chefs. With 15 years of experience in high-end restaurants, we are also trained in kosher cooking. Our specialty is creating memorable moments, and we can cater to a variety of events including high-end dinners, micro-weddings, and extended live-in chef services. We can even brainstorm together and provide drop-off catering. We also offer weekly meal prep plans and delivery services for different dietary needs including blue-zone, vegan, and gluten-free options. Our experience includes 18 years in commercial kitchens, where we worked under top chefs in Denver and traveled extensively throughout Latin America. We have also won two consecutive Denver burger battles and have been featured on 9 News for our outstanding seafood plates. Our culinary arts education includes an associates degree from the Art Institute, Class of 2009. Let us cook for your next event, and we'll make it an unforgettable experience.

If only I had captured more pictures of the remarkable dishes prepared by this couple for our group of ten! With only a week's notice, we secured an in-home dinner at our VRBO in Breck. Their tantalizing appetizers, flavorful soup, delectable main course, and perfect dessert were all unforgettable. Do not miss out on the chef's specialty! We intend to return as loyal patrons.

After our wedding, I took time to reflect before writing this review. It's difficult to capture the essence of what made Randy and his wife exceptional. Their food, flexibility, and genuine passion for their craft exceeded our expectations. As self-proclaimed "casual foodies" without professional experience, we were initially apprehensive about working with a skilled chef. But Randy and his team proved us wrong, impressing not just us but also our food-loving friends. The salad was particularly noteworthy, with one friend announcing it as the best they had ever tasted. We still reminisce about the "ratatouille" hors d’oeuvres, parsnip puree, succulent oysters, and melt-in-your-mouth beef filet weeks later. Randy's wife, Angela, complemented the culinary experience by providing stellar service, attending to every detail with a smile. If you're thinking of dining out at a fancy restaurant, think again. Randy and Angela will bring their exceptional food and service to you. We will undoubtedly be a repeat customer!
