In my opinion, it was the ultimate Pilates session that I have ever participated in! Karen is an exceptional expert, possessing vast knowledge and expertise. I strongly suggest that you give it a try. The program is engaging and stimulates the body thoroughly, and I didn't even notice how quickly time elapsed. Overall, it was fantastic!
