Our basement foundation had a leaky crack which LUX has successfully repaired. We are highly content with their services as they responded promptly to provide an estimate and collaborated with us to schedule a convenient time for the repair. Russ, an expert in foundations, came to my home to examine what I believed to be a foundation problem that caused a musty smell in the basement. After examining the basement and using a FLIR camera to detect any dampness, Russ ultimately determined that it's unlikely that our house is experiencing a foundation issue. However, I did ask him for a quote for a French drain system, which he kindly provided in case I discover dampness in the future after it rains. Russ was very meticulous and offered a wealth of valuable information on how foundations are built.
