pleasant experience hiring Michael for a day trip from SFO to Napa. Despite being unfamiliar with the area, he provided clear directions on where to meet him at the airport. Moreover, his vehicle was impeccably clean and Michael himself was very friendly. During the trip, he brought me to explore four wineries in Napa before returning to SFO for my red-eye flight. Overall, it was a delightful experience having Michael as my guide.
