Ben is an exceptional chef who exudes professionalism and personability. Prior to my intimate dinner for two, Ben was eager to answer all of my questions and made menu-planning an absolute breeze. It was evident that he was an honest and diligent worker, as the meal he prepared for us was nothing short of spectacular. In fact, his attention to detail exceeded my expectations, making for an unforgettable dining experience. Despite his impressive culinary skills and organization, Ben remained approachable and down-to-earth throughout the event, which was greatly appreciated. Some of my photos showcase half-eaten plates, as I simply could not resist indulging in each and every course. Additionally, Ben put forth tremendous effort and care in preparing our meals, ensuring that we were left with ample leftovers for days to come. He also introduced stylish and tasteful decor options that elevated the overall ambiance of the evening. And let's not forget the pièce de résistance - a deliciously cooked 2-pound steak that left us utterly satisfied. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend hiring Ben - you won't regret it.

The experience was outstanding! The chef enhanced my friend's bachelorette party to the fullest. His culinary creations were phenomenal and his work was both professional and precise. Everyone who tasted his food at the party savored every bite, and though all his dishes were delicious, the taquitos were my personal favorite. I have wonderful videos of his food, and one of my most beloved pictures is of his culinary masterpieces. I would unquestionably engage him again, as I am confident he would not let me down.

From start to finish, our encounter with Ben was thoroughly impressive. His demeanor was personable, innovative, and astute. He spearheaded a splendid dinner event, leaving no stone unturned. The cuisine was breathtakingly picturesque and mouthwateringly scrumptious, and he was an impeccable addition to our gathering. The menu he curated was distinctly tailored to our group, and he executed it with effortless grace. It was a delightful experience coordinating and interfacing with Ben, and we eagerly anticipate enlisting his services again!

Chef Ben provided an exceptional culinary experience! He created a European-inspired meal for 40 guests at a wedding held in a remote Homestead location. Ben and his team were punctual and even assisted with last-minute setups. From the beginning, Ben was responsive and accommodating to our requests, which included serving a unique type of dinner. Over the course of three hours, he served a series of seven courses! Each dish was a delicious and diverse representation of food from around the world. It was simply amazing. The finale of the meal was a delightful brioche bread pudding with caramel sauce, which was absolutely unforgettable. Thank you, Ben, for your exceptional service and culinary talent – you are truly a champion in your field.

Our satisfaction with Chef Ben cannot be adequately conveyed! From his prompt communication, to his meticulousness in tailoring the menu to our preferences, to his unparalleled professionalism, everything was impeccably executed. The flavor of the food was exquisite and surpassed any other dinner we've ever had. We were so engrossed in savoring the delicious dishes that we neglected to capture photographs after the charcuterie board.
