In general, the process was excellent. Punctuality was observed as they arrived on time. Furthermore, the owner went the extra mile and checked on our satisfaction after completion of the task. Bruce, our sales representative, was very well-informed and skillfully explained the available alternatives. We made the right decision by opting for the spray foam as we can already notice a significant reduction in our electricity cost, especially during the hotter weather.

The team at Koala was exceptional throughout the entire process! The CEO, Clint, put in great effort to win my business. He thoroughly explained all of my options, guided me through the process, and even made sure that I was completely satisfied on the day the job was done. Technicians Andrew and Steve carefully listened to my concerns and worked efficiently while also cleaning up afterwards. I have already noticed a consistent decrease in temperature in my home and my A/C is no longer cycling as frequently as it used to. I highly recommend their services. The job was done perfectly!
