Initially thrilled to work with Eric, as he was lovely at the wedding and we got off to a great start. We agreed on a package that would include a 2 minute social media video, a 5 minute recap video, and a 30 minute movie/documentary video of the entire day. Regrettably, we never received the 2 minute video, the 5 minute video was mediocre at best, and the 30 minute video was unbearable to watch with its choppy, shaky, and unedited footage. The lack of transitions made it impossible for the video to tell a compelling story. We tried to contact Eric regarding potentially resolving the issue, but he remained unresponsive, despite our detailed list of requests before the wedding. Furthermore, it took almost 10 months to receive the final product. We wasted $1500, and I strongly advise you not to hire Eric if you want to preserve your special day with quality memories. Though it is not my intention to leave negative reviews, it pains me to share this experience. We provided ample time for Eric to respond to our requests, and we regret having hired him. In hindsight, we wish we had hired a more experienced and trusted videographer.
