Greetings everyone! My name is Luis Sandoval and I am the proud owner of a small business that offers lawn care and junk removal services for both residential and commercial properties. Speaking of junk removal, we specialize in removing various types of items ranging from dirt, concrete, appliances, shed demolition, furniture, bulk trash, storm cleanup and debris removal, electronics and TVs, house clean outs, hoarder houses, office furniture removal, storage unit cleanouts, condo clean outs, and more! We are also equipped to handle removal services for BBQ grills, bicycles, hot tubs, Jacuzzis, or spas, above ground pool removals, garage cleanouts, illegal dumping removal, trash removal, entire home and fire damage cleanup and hauling, pool tables, pianos, and scrap metal.

For commercial properties, we offer junk removal services for apartment complexes, estate clean outs, entire office cleanouts, foreclosure cleanups, commercial appliance removal, construction debris removal, storage facilities cleanouts, and warehouse cleanouts.

In addition to our junk removal services, we also offer lawn care services including mowing, spring and fall cleanups, leaf removal, mulching, planting, shrub trimming, seeding and sodding, aeration, overseeding, woods cleanup, old house cleanups, and Monster Grass services.

Lastly, we also provide Local Moving & Hauling services with a small box truck (12ft) and a 16ft long trailer. We have moving blankets, dollies, straps, and we can provide additional help for loading and unloading a truck or any other projects. Additionally, we can pick-up and deliver anything that you purchased on various marketplaces like Craigslist, etc. If you need a little help moving furniture, appliances, or anything else from your home to your storage or someone else's home, we have a team of three guys that can assist you.
