I contacted Luis to construct a privacy fence in my backyard. Upon his visit for consultation, which happened on the same day as my message, I also highlighted my need for hedge trimming and maintenance work on privacy and perimeter plants. Three other companies informed me that they could not undertake the job, as it would either require an arborist or entail a long wait time. However, Luis commenced work on the same day. I was impressed with his intelligent approach as he carefully assessed and executed each section of the small, challenging area in my backyard, far better than any other provider. He accomplished the task quickly and charged reasonably. I would undoubtedly engage his services again.

Working with Luis Landscape Maintenance was a delight. They promptly responded to all of my inquiries and arrived at the agreed upon time to complete the job. My project consisted of painting and staining a fence and deck, and we scheduled it to commence in mid-September. Even though it rained on the day they were scheduled to start, they still arrived and advised me on the benefits of postponing the project due to the weather. However, they would have proceeded if I had insisted. I agreed to delay the project until we had several days of dry weather, and I am pleased with the results. During the project, we were in the process of moving and undertook heavy house cleaning and moving for 10-12 hours each day. Luis Landscape Maintenance arrived before we did and typically worked late after we left. Despite the enormity of the project, they completed it within my deadline and before any additional rainfall. Although I requested several bids for cost estimates, I would readily employ Luis Landscape Maintenance without hesitation next time.
