Luis was hired to fix the floor in our 1/2 bathroom. I was impressed by his customer service-oriented attitude, promptness, and professionalism. He began the job as planned, but soon discovered that the problem was more complex than expected. Nevertheless, he was empathetic and gave me reassurance that the task would be completed regardless. I was impressed with his ability to think quickly on his feet and leverage his experience to find solutions. Luis is also a friendly guy with a good sense of humor. What impressed me most was their commitment to tidiness and sanitation during and after the work. Additionally, his partner Ramon is exceptionally competent and professional. Together, they make a great team. I would strongly recommend their services.
