My Shi Tzu is an 11lb female who does not do well with outsiders, which worried me. However, Luigi managed to groom her smoothly, without any issues. He replied to my messages quickly and arrived promptly for our appointment. Most importantly, my dog Bitsy looks amazing after the grooming session. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend him.

Initially apprehensive about grooming my pup Bear for the first time, given his uncooperative nature and restlessness, I was pleasantly taken aback by how seamlessly the session went! Luiggi's handling of Bear was impeccable, as he adhered to all given instructions with ease, and Bear showed remarkable comfort under his care. Luiggi was truly outstanding! He promptly answered my message and even double-checked the date of my puppy's grooming session with me. My Shiba Inu despises water and bath time, but Luiggi managed to make the experience enjoyable for him. He brought along all necessary grooming equipment and transformed our space into a professional dog grooming salon. The most impressive part was that he left everything spotless, and you'd never know my furry Shiba Inu had ever set foot in that bathroom.

I highly recommend Luiggi! He did a fantastic job grooming my 7-year-old Morkie named Lulu. Lulu was surprisingly calm throughout the entire grooming process and looked absolutely stunning after getting a great haircut. Not only that, but her fur was super soft and smelled amazing.
