Throughout the project, he consistently arrived on time, worked diligently throughout the day, and even went out of his way to pick up additional materials at no extra cost aside from the material itself. Not only that, but he happily took on additional tasks beyond the scope of the original request. He even worked an extra half day without charging me a penny more because he believed it was part of the work he had promised to do. Last Friday, Jay provided me with a quote, and come Wednesday, I received a brand new deck.
