Due to its age, our chimney had been displaying signs of wear and tear, leading to deterioration around the chimney flashing and subsequent leakage. To remedy the issue, we enlisted the services of LTL for repairs. The team was able to expertly restore the chimney and repair the roof damage that resulted from the water leaks. While some coordination problems occurred between the chimney and roofing teams during the job, LTL promptly sent their representatives to fix the problem until it was resolved. With their expert work, our chimney and roof are now functioning well and in top-notch condition.

Our roof's back lower slope was replaced with a rubber roof by LTL Enterprises, who conducted the process quickly and cleanly and provided clear specifications for the materials used and work done.
