For the bathroom projects, Lilian arranged for a plumber/electrician to install internal valves and run lines for the floor heating, allowing him to handle all aspects of the remodel. Lilian is capable of handling complex tiling jobs as long as clear details are provided. He also took care of trash disposal during the first project, but I had to request more frequent disposal during the second project due to excess buildup in front of the house. Lilian is receptive to feedback and is an honest and reasonably priced professional. While he can communicate in English through talking/texting, language barriers may make him seem rude, which is not his intention. Overall, I have had a positive experience with Lilian and would recommend him over other service providers like CrackerJack or Kibuk Tile and Stone (who proved to be a scam).
