Loyalty Gutters exceeded my expectations and more. James was consistently prompt and responsive. Not only did they do an exceptional job, but they also managed to save me nearly $1,000.00. I cannot think of a single aspect that could have been improved upon. James was always prompt with his replies to my calls and emails. The quality of the installation was top-notch, and the gutters look fantastic. I will certainly recommend Loyalty Gutters to anyone in the market for a new gutter system. To go the extra mile, I asked James to repair a low hanging soffit - an issue that was not part of the original proposal. Despite not having the correct screws, James immediately ordered them and returned to complete the job. He did not charge me for this additional service.
