The company is simply outstanding! Their professionalism, punctuality, responsiveness, and affability are unmatched. Furthermore, considering the range of services they offer, their pricing is beyond reasonable. In fact, we also had our dryer vent cleaned during their visit, and the job was executed flawlessly. The company's staff are also top-notch, and we're immensely grateful for their efforts. Needless to say, we'll be calling upon their services again to maintain the dryer vent.

Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning service is highly recommended! Their professionalism and willingness to accommodate my schedule during the appointment setup process was impressive. Bruno, the technician, had originally been scheduled to arrive between 3-5PM, but contacted me earlier in the day to offer an earlier arrival time, which we appreciated. Bruno was a pleasure to work with, displaying exceptional interpersonal skills, a wealth of knowledge in his field, and impressive efficiency. He completed the task promptly and provided a thorough explanation, including a demonstration of the exact cause of the issue. Bruno even offered to return to check on the matter, should it arise again within the next few weeks. We also appreciated the discount we received for paying in cash. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service we received from Bruno and Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning and would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others!
