Prior to his arrival, Eric even contacted me to provide me with his estimated time of arrival, and he arrived within the designated timeframe. Eric entered my home while wearing his mask and was prepared to begin working. He thoroughly completed the job and even cleaned up after himself. The technician they dispatched called me thirty minutes prior to arrival and arrived punctually. I can't recall the last time I cleaned my dryer duct, as it was extremely congested. It used to take hours to dry a single load. The service surpassed my expectations and was much more reasonable compared to other estimates I received. The technician was proficient, professional and even willingly dragged his ladder through the back alley to reach the second-floor vent in my city apartment. My dryer is now functioning flawlessly, and my clothes no longer have an unpleasant odor. I am grateful!
