Upon receiving notification that Chris was en route, I anticipated his arrival with enthusiasm. I must say, Chris conducted himself in a professional and courteous manner throughout his visit. He exceeded my expectations when he not only effectively blasted away all the pesky pine needles from our rooftop, but also managed to direct them towards an area of the yard that already housed pine straw. I have had the pleasure of hiring CHS for window cleaning previously and plan to continue doing so in the future.

Arriving on time, Turner diligently and effectively cleaned both the inside and outside of our windows. This being our second experience with CHS, we have no hesitation in scheduling their services again.

The services provided by CHS were amazing! We hired them to conduct a power wash for our house, patio, porch and driveway, as well as cleaning our gutters and windows. The exterior of our house appears to be shining and as good as new. It is surprising we didn't engage their services earlier. Additionally, we observed their charges to be reasonable, and their staff were courteous, efficient and professional. We highly recommend them!

Out of the cleaning companies I've utilized during my seven years residing in Sun City, this company is undoubtedly the superlative one. Their employees are not only courteous but also highly knowledgeable, while their equipment is of exceptional quality.

Despite the difficulty of waiting indoors for an extra three hours after the appointment time, I was pleased with the professional completion of the service and the excellent quality of work. The power washing of the driveway and walkway was particularly impressive, and the exterior of my home was left sparkling after the service was completed. Additionally, the windows were cleaned both inside and out. Overall, I am very satisfied with the results and would recommend this service to my friends.
