The high-traffic areas of my carpets were heavily stained. I tried multiple do-it-yourself cleaning approaches, including a few I'm embarrassed to say I found on YouTube. After Kevin arrived with industrial equipment, they quickly finished cleaning two flights of stairs and two sizeable rooms within two hours. Despite my numerous work calls from home, the team remained professional and unobtrusive throughout the process. I recently learned that they also do hardwood, which will be my next project - and I will undoubtedly hire them for it.
