Hi, I'm Jo Fraticelli, and I'm a licensed, certified, and registered Wedding Officiant with the State of Hawaii Dept. Of Health. My Assistant Officiant, Kepa, and I are here to guide you through every step of the process, from filing the initial online marriage license to scheduling an in-person appointment with a Hawaii Dept of Health agent, all the way through to your wedding day. You can count on us to guide you every step of the way, providing checklists and making sure that your marriage license is approved and issued in time for your big day. After your ceremony, we'll finalize and submit your paperwork online to legitimate your union. We're here to get you from day 1 to marrying you on your wedding day, providing you with one-on-one service and making sure everything is in order, from applying for your marriage license to picking up beach/park permits and everything in between.
We offer a variety of services, from marriage and elopement ceremonies to commitment and vow renewal ceremonies. Whether you're looking for an intimate or large ceremony, religious or non-religious, we can personalize your ceremony to your specific desires. Our ceremonies are short, sweet, and memorable, tailored to your unique needs. We don't offer copy-and-paste ceremonies but rather work with you to design a ceremony that's special for you.
As a Native Hawaiian born and raised on Kaua'i, I know the local customs and history of places. We can recommend beaches and other areas that are perfect for your wedding ceremony, making your special day even more memorable.
In addition to being a Wedding Officiant, I am also a Florist Designer and Seamstress. Whether you need bridal bouquet, leis, headbands, wedding dress alterations, or more, we are here for you.
We keep our fees transparent, starting at $275 for ceremony locations in Ewa Beach and One'lua. Fees vary depending on location, with prices ranging from $300 for Kalaeloa to $400 for Northshore. Additional fees may apply for certain dates, and less than 48 hours' notice may result in an additional charge of $50.
Please note that the State of Hawaii and City & County of Honolulu require permits for its beaches and parks. We file and get permits for our clients, and we're insured and legal to conduct ceremonies at specific locations. If you choose to have us file for permits not in our referral group, you'll need to make sure your photographer is properly insured and permitted as well.
We're here to help you create your dream wedding and make your special day an unforgettable experience. Whether you're looking for a traditional or unique ceremony, we're here to guide you every step of the way. Contact us to learn more about our services and book the wedding ceremony of your dreams.
