In November, I contacted Lourdes to inform her of my impending move to Woodland and my search for a house cleaner. She quickly responded with kindness and empathy, understanding my need for assistance due to the size of my home and my physical disability. Although we didn't meet until January, Lourdes was available the following day and arrived with her friendly associate. Beginning at the back of the house where my bedroom is located, they worked their way to the front door and departed after ensuring everything was fully cleaned. Prior to their visit, I provided Lourdes with a list of tasks to be completed, including cleaning under couches, and vacuuming ottomans, and areas above and behind objects, which she effectively executed. As someone who used to work as a housekeeper, I can confidently say that I've never seen my house as clean as it was after Lourdes' visit. She did an exceptional job, hitting it out of the ballpark!
