For more than a decade, I have dedicated my career to holistic health practices such as yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. My passion lies in guiding individuals on an accessible and inclusive journey towards these practices.

I am humbled to have been named the top private yoga instructor in Boston, MA for 2022. This recognition would not have been possible without the inspiring clients I have had the privilege of working with. Together, we establish session goals, and I personalize a program to cater to their specific objectives using my years of experience, professional training and expertise.

Currently, I am seeking both private session and group class clients, offering a holistic approach which includes gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, EFT tapping, massage, and essential oils.

My strengths include the ability to inadvertently connect with students, an active listener, welcoming and encouraging, an intuitive understanding of the body, and a gentle correction approach, along with the innovative use of props to help students to access poses. I am punctual, professional, and take a holistic approach to wellness.

I am proud to have completed my 200 YTT with Yoga Shanti, under the guidance of Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman. Additionally, I hold a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.

Louise is an incredible person! She always arrives punctually or a few minutes earlier, which is highly valued. I engaged her to be my prenatal yoga instructor and she visits our Seaport building twice every week to work with me - it's transforming! Since my second trimester until now, she has helped me feel so much more agile and flexible (I can easily move now), happier (due to the invigorating yoga and meditation we perform during our classes), the breathing technique is so advantageous, and the strength conditioning helps me regain my natural self. Before pregnancy, I worked out regularly, mainly at the gym, 4 to 5 days weekly but had to stop during my pregnancy. Louise really helped me feel like myself again! Her personality is fantastic; she is warm, exceptionally caring, and extremely knowledgeable, which I am extremely happy about.
