Lou performed wonderfully. He was hired to fix the inadequate tile job our previous tiler completed. The difference he made was remarkable. Though it was only a small task of replacing damaged tiles in the backsplash caused by the installation of a new kitchen counter, he went above and beyond. Lou removed the old, damaged wallboard and replaced it with cement board. He meticulously measured each tile individually to ensure accuracy, as the house is old and the floor is not completely level. Lou upheld his commitment to show up when he said he would. He also took care to shield the counter from potential damage and left the kitchen spotless upon completion of the job. Additionally, he was a pleasure to work with and an exceptional craftsman.
