Lotus Heart Yoga + Meditation
My approach to yoga, mindfulness, and meditation is grounded in science – no woo-woo involved! My teachings are designed for those who want to practice mindfulness and yoga without any “hippy-dippy” elements. My guided meditations are backed by scientific research and my yoga classes are accessible to everyone, even if you’ve never taken one before.
As a registered yoga teacher with advanced training (RYT500), I specialize in creating a welcoming environment for all students, regardless of their race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, nationality, sexual orientation, or physical ability.
I offer private and small group yoga and meditation classes both in person and online. If you don’t have your own space, you’re welcome to practice at my home studio. And if you’re intimidated by traditional yoga classes, don’t worry – I’ve got you covered. I’ll meet you wherever is most convenient for you, whether it’s your living room or your office conference room.
