My experience with Theo and L’Oswego flooring was exceptional. Originally, I had hired him to refinish the original hardwood floors in three rooms and install LVP in a fourth room where there was once carpeting. However, upon inspection, Theo was upfront with me about the severe staining on the hardwood and suggested we pivot to installing LVP over the existing wood, spanning a total of approximately 700 square feet. The outcome of his work was simply breathtaking. He even included all the transition pieces and baseboards that I had chosen.
