This review falls short of a perfect 5 stars due to the initial communication I received from the first representative. It began with unsolicited calls early on a Sunday without a proper greeting or introduction, leaving me feeling rushed and pressured into scheduling a cleaning without even inquiring about the cost. Fortunately, I was able to verify the price before we hung up. There was also a minor misunderstanding regarding the scope of the cleaning that was not conveyed to the cleaners. However, the service was saved by Jenny, who provided exceptional customer support on the day of the cleaning. She was extremely accommodating and helpful. As for the cleaners themselves, they were fantastic! They performed a thorough job and maintained open communication throughout the service. I would happily use their services again if I could guarantee that I would not have to deal with the initial representative.

Avoid using this company as it appears to be a scam. As a first-time user of this app, I had an uncomfortable experience. I booked a cleaning service, but noticed that I wasn't provided with a quote. Before cancelling, I called the company to confirm details and request a quote. However, the person who answered the phone sounded very unprofessional and didn't seem like he was part of a cleaning service company. He was pushy and didn't pay attention to my request for a quote, insisting on getting my information instead. He also seemed unaware that his company was using the app for bookings. After cancelling my booking, the company still sent a cleaning lady to my address, and the person I spoke to on the phone argued with me over the cancellation. He claimed to be an owner of the company, but his mannerisms were unprofessional and immature. It was a very unexpected and unprofessional experience, and I wouldn't recommend this company.
