My practice focuses on creating a safe and secure space that allows students to develop their own consciousness. This is achieved through the synchronized movements of the body, breathing exercises, and meditation in motion.
Consistency in Yoga practice allows us to understand the internal balance that comes with letting go of negative thoughts and actions, ultimately leading to personal freedom. Incorporating breathing exercises and meditation helps us find our best selves.
My classes are tailored to my students' needs and levels of experience. We extensively work on breathing techniques and utilize props such as blocks and straps to enhance the learning process. I prioritize the importance of proper posture alignment and the benefits each posture has on the body.
