The exterior bricks on the front of our house required repairs. After discovering Lorain Chimney on CrackerJacks, I reached out to them via email and received a prompt response. Upon sending them online pictures, they provided us with a reasonable quote and my husband and I decided to hire them for the job. Although the appointment had to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances on their end, which pushed it a few weeks out, we eventually scheduled a new one.
