Lopez Remodeling's Ever proved to be an exceptional partner to my designer and me. My co-op's 2BR in Bronxville, NY was painted by Ever and his partner, and their work was completed on time and within budget. The quality of their work was impressive and done meticulously. I have plans for phase 2 of my remodeling efforts later this year, and my first-call preference will be Ever contracting. I highly recommend their services.

He has excellent communication skills with clients, making sure to clarify the scope of the project and necessary repairs. He always arrives promptly, as promised, and is flexible with scheduling. His work is meticulous and organized, finishing the job thoroughly. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the end result.

My recommendation is to be clear and concise in your requirements when dealing with contractors to achieve the best possible pricing, not just with Lopez Remodeling. It's preferable to have everything written down.
