I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. Despite my specific request for repairs on the leaking vents, they were persistent in pushing for replacements. On a positive note, they did employ a drone for efficient diagnostics. Unfortunately, during the attic inspection they caused damage to my ceiling. Although I gave them the benefit of the doubt, the repair job they conducted was shoddy and unacceptable. I now have little faith in their ability to perform quality work. I have attached a picture of the poorly patched ceiling hole as evidence of their negligence. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

They were very responsive and provided valuable assistance in a timely manner. I would without a doubt collaborate with them multiple times.

They arrived the following day to provide me with a complimentary estimate for some repairs my roof required after a storm. They brought along the necessary materials and were able to promptly execute the repairs without the need for a subsequent meeting. As it was a rental property, I am grateful that they were able to oversee everything on my behalf and share substantial images before and after the work to demonstrate it. I would not hesitate to utilize their services again.
