For nearly two weeks, I searched in vain for pond cleaning services in San Antonio until I stumbled upon Lone Star Waterscapes and discovered Chris. Although other companies had assessed the repairs necessary to fix our waterfall before him, Chris was the first to genuinely evaluate the work by getting involved physically. Despite the scorching 108-degree heat, Chris arrived promptly and completed the repair without delay. I had anticipated him suggesting another date, but he was determined to finish the job. In addition to the commendable quality of his work, it was discovered that some parts were not needed, resulting in a cost reduction. He also did an excellent job cleaning up once he had finished.
