For almost a year now, I have been engaging in workout sessions with Logan and the experience has been amazing! Logan is an individual who has lots of background knowledge in nutrition, keeps the workout plans diversified and demonstrates a great deal of compassion whenever I have minor injuries but still needs to work out. Logan has surpassed our expectations! Within one month, my husband and I have gained extensive knowledge on workouts and nutrition. This newfound way of life has replaced our love for deep-fried carbs, which was lacking due to our ethnicity- Southeast Asian. Logan is a dedicated coach who is attentive during our weekly calls, attentively listening to our concerns and guiding us towards our personal goals. He exudes genuineness, empathy and relatability which has helped us remain motivated and accountable.
Personally, I have witnessed significant improvement- having lost 5 pounds starting from 140 pounds to 135 pounds during my weigh-in on 3/5. I can feel the transformation from my clothes already fitting me better and overall weight shedding off. These weekly workouts have me feeling stronger.
Although we aren't aiming for sizes 0 or 2, we do wish to continue applying Logan's teachings towards living healthily. Logan is an outstanding coach, and my husband and I are glad to have him by our side for the foreseeable future.
