When he arrived at my place, I informed him about the two leaking pipes. Unfortunately, he only brought tools to fix one of them. He promised to return the next day but didn't show up. Later, I found out he had a family emergency in another state. Although he assured me he would contact me upon his return, he mentioned that my location was quite far and suggested finding someone in my area to take care of the remaining work.
