Within 2-3 hours of contacting Sergio, he arrived as the most prompt responder and presented me with a highly competitive estimate. His services were available on the following day, and despite my other commitments, we settled on a price and scheduled a date.
Sergio showed up 10 minutes ahead of schedule and immediately got to work, skillfully painting around four rooms- the living room, bedroom, walk-in closet, and bathroom, including walls, trim, and ceiling- and repairing water damage to the living room's popcorn ceiling.
The job took around 9 hours, and I was thoroughly impressed by Sergio's professionalism and the top-notch quality of his work. Although the task required the effort of a single person, I could see that he was working diligently the entire time. In the future, I might request that Sergio brings additional help to shorten the input time, but I will undoubtedly consider Sergio for any future drywall or paint jobs in my rental property.
