The cleaning itself was satisfactory, but they arrived 45 minutes later than expected without any notification. Moreover, additional charges were added to the bill upon completion, and it would have been preferable to be informed of this ahead of time.

Lluvia and her colleague performed an exceptional task, completely exceeding my expectations. The cleanliness of our house is unparalleled, and the refreshing scent lingers for hours after their departure.

Lluvia and her team are exceptional! They conduct a thorough cleaning that aligns with the kind of cleaning one would want to do with abundant time and resources.
