We are not suitable for rental properties or flips.

Livlocal llc was recently hired by my husband and me in May to address some ceiling issues in our home. Our experience with Livlocal was exceptional. Lonnie provided a bid promptly as promised and showed up on time on the day the job was scheduled to begin, which was extremely important to me. During the job, they were mindful of not creating a mess. However, we encountered an area that required additional attention after the work was done.
