I am extremely grateful for Shelley's services. My task was to prepare a Vegan Organic Kosher wedding feast, and Shelley turned out to be my superhero! As I live in CO and she's based in CA, we had our planning sessions via FaceTime. Shelley was brilliant and completely understood our requirements. Food is our love language, and having a chef as passionate as we are was an ideal fit. From preparing menus to prepping, checking ingredients, serving, and presentation, she delivered a spectacular service! She even arranged servers for us! Shelley created an unbeatable gourmet vegan taco bar with heavenly cheese sauce! The meal ended on a high with a dessert table comprising lime-frosted vegan cupcakes, including Gluten Free options. I anticipate working with Shelley repeatedly and highly recommend her. Oh, and did I mention her services also included a drum line and contact info for the sound bath meditation for the bride?

Shelley was hired for our April wedding and we were extremely satisfied with her services. During our initial consultation, she showed keen interest in our preferences and effectively streamlined our scattered thoughts. Shelley presented us with a choice of mouthwatering appetizers, garlic bread, green beans (which proved to be a huge success among all our guests) and a delectable creamy pasta. Although we did not use her dinnerware, Shelley was also able to provide that service for us. She accompanied us to the venue to survey the kitchen and facilities. Unfortunately, we were unable to sample the appetizers as they were devoured by our guests in record time. Everyone was absolutely blown away by the quality of the food throughout the evening. Shelley and her team were friendly, punctual and highly professional. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and the impressive results exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much!
