Since May 1, 2020, I have been availing LiveLaman's services as a customer. Currently, I am engaged in their nutrition offering. Working with Laman has been a great experience. He is highly responsive both inside and outside of the gym, and is always patient and kind towards me without any judgment. After working together for about six months, I have noticed some very positive changes in my body, including increased muscle mass, energy levels, and flexibility.
