The duo of husband and wife surpassed our expectations greatly. My dogs' fur had become excessively long, making it impossible for me to groom them myself. Furthermore, one of them wouldn't let me approach with grooming tools. This team stepped in and effortlessly tended to their needs, leaving me awestruck. Not only did they trim their nails and ear hair, but they also ensured an informative conversation, making me feel as if I was talking to a trusted friend. After a horrifying experience with Pet Smart, I was hesitant to trust again, but this team has changed my perception completely. If you don't book an appointment for your furry friends with them, you're unequivocally making a mistake. In fact, I'll be scheduling appointments for my remaining two dogs as well.

Lisa made every effort to accommodate us, despite her packed schedule. Although the van is outdated and lacks dog grooming adverts, it contains all the essential equipment for providing a satisfactory grooming experience. Lisa and her husband were both courteous and kind. The grooming session met our expectations, considering the reasonable cost. Finally, our Maltese puppy's eyes are visible again. Lisa and Patrick showed exceptional friendliness and performed excellent work on my husky mix.
