My mission is to teach women of all ages, as well as couples, that lifting weights will not cause one to become "bulky" or "manly." I'll instruct you on how to lift properly to achieve optimal results while combining resistance training with a nutritious diet. My program is flexible when it comes to injuries and medical conditions, and often aids in rehabilitation. By following my plan, guaranteed results await you.

LOCATION: Our private fitness studio is located at Lewisville, TX 75077 (situated in Double Oak).

COST: My training programs range from Private (starting at $68/session), Semi-private (starting at $40/session), and Online/Remote Training (starting at $45/session). You can choose from a 3, 6, or 12-month commitment, and payment is due monthly beginning from your first session. Additional features such as meal plans, nutritional support, bi-weekly or monthly weigh-ins, measurements, and progress pictures are included.

EXPECTATIONS: I strive to mentor and motivate my clients in a personalized yet respectful manner. I prioritize your individual goals, capabilities, and limitations, and push you to perform at your best. The main aim is to assist you in feeling your best both physically and mentally, while concurrently developing your appearance. If you adhere to the provided plan, you're assured to notice results.

Lisa is a trainer who strikes a perfect balance between kindness and challenge. She knows when it's time for you to push yourself and when rest is necessary, making her an excellent and supportive professional. Lisa tailors her approach to your lifestyle by recommending different diet options based on your schedule and preferences. Her workouts are exceptional because no two are the same, and they target all muscle groups. She is incredibly knowledgeable and humble, and unlike some trainers, she does not pressure you to weigh yourself frequently. Instead, Lisa emphasizes inch loss and muscle gain. It's easy to see why I would highly recommend her.

Lisa's training is incredible! I began working with her after approximately 3 months postpartum, having gained more than 40lbs while pregnant. I had shed some weight, but my desired target was still 25 pounds away. In under 2 months of exercising with Lisa, I shed over 5lbs and most importantly, 4 inches from my waistline. Although my improvement has since slowed down, I'm still steadily losing weight and inches, and my body looks impressively toned. The training routine is challenging, with different activities every day, but it is never monotonous, and it produces results if you persevere. I enthusiastically suggest Lisa's training to anyone inquiring.

For almost three months now, I have been undergoing training with Lisa and I must say that choosing her as my trainer has been a wise investment. Initially, my main focus was to get back to my pre-pregnancy body shape and weight, however, Lisa's unique approach towards body positivity has helped me shift my attention towards my overall health. I have now let go of the idea of going back to my old body shape and have learned to concentrate on my current health situation. The most challenging part of my journey has been nutrition. I was hoping to receive a weekly meal plan when I first started, but Lisa's approach involves teaching you how to understand the specific and individual needs of your body. At first, I was not pleased with this approach, however, I soon realized that being aware of my body's requirements is far better than relying on a generic meal plan.
