The individual cancelled the initial appointment just 30 minutes before it was scheduled to begin, citing a dentist appointment for her husband. They then rescheduled for the same time the following day, but did not show up. A week later, they apologized for being too busy, but specified they were unavailable on Wednesdays. Despite scheduling an appointment for a Tuesday, they failed to appear, bringing the total to at least three or four missed appointments. After several weeks of attempted communication, I feel compelled to leave this review. It is disheartening to encounter individuals who waste the public's time and resources. My experience with this person was unacceptable and unprofessional. Especially now that they appear online and are not responding to messages, calls or texts, it seems clear that they have no excuse for their behavior.
