10 of my windows were replaced. Out of those, 2 were expanded and a new window was installed in one wall. Multiple companies bid on the project, but Nikita won me over with his willingness to explain things thoroughly due to my lack of knowledge about window installation, as well as his pricing. Due to COVID-19, window production was delayed, but Nikita and I worked together to finish the project before Christmas. Overall, I am satisfied with the outcome, although at times I wished he had more additional help for a quicker finish. Nikita's communication skills and positive attitude were key in my decision to hire him for the project.

Our installer, Nik, was highly professional, tidy, and produced neatly done work. His team installed 15 windows in our house, and the pricing was excellent. I would gladly recommend Light Side to anyone seeking quality services. We considered other companies and received exorbitant quotes for similar windows. However, Nik, who has excellent connections with various manufacturers, sourced the windows at a fair price from Lindsay. We preferred Lindsay due to their faster production rate, and we received our windows in just six weeks. Nik also showed us some educational insights during the installation process. Overall, we are delighted with the outcome.
