A friend recommended Lightning Cleaning to me, and scheduling an appointment with CrackerJack was a breeze. Deyanira promptly confirmed our deep-cleaning request for the next day in a 3-story house. The team of four arrived promptly in the morning, though cleaning crews usually work better in the morning. Although the ladies only spoke Spanish, Deyanira was able to translate for all requests and concerns I had. The crew cleaned each room, floor-by-floor over the course of 7 hours; they even managed to remove marks on the walls with magic erasers! The window sills needed a wet wipe to clear stains, but the crew only used dry microfiber. Upon informing Deyanira, she promptly relayed the message to her crew. Having worked for a cleaning company myself in the past, I was thorough and critical of their work, and I can affirm that the crew did an excellent job considering the house's size and level of dust.

The performance of Deyanira and her team was exceptional. Initially, they commenced the cleaning with two assistants and later added four more after an hour. They expended nearly 5.5 hours in thoroughly cleaning a 3-bedroom/2-bathroom house after a move out. Their meticulousness was noteworthy, and Deyanira was exceedingly prompt in her responses throughout the entire procedure. I would undoubtedly hire them again and highly encourage others to use their services.
