Hi there! My name is Destiney Gross and I've just finished my five-year Electrical apprenticeship following in my father's footsteps as a member of Local 38. Much like my two brothers, who are also seasoned Electricians and 38 union members, our family has always relied on word of mouth rather than using advertisements. However, I'm eager to modernize our business approach by introducing CrackerJack to my family's ventures.

The work delivered and the prompt response were pleasing; however, the inability to accept check or credit card payment mars the otherwise satisfactory service experience. It would be more convenient for customers if credit card payment options were made available, and a company-issued invoice was provided. As a result, my rating stands at 4 stars.
