Zak's installation of my new water softener was impressive. He completed the task swiftly, within 45 minutes, and the end result was of excellent quality. Notably, his charges were significantly lower than those of Parker Brothers. My only concern is that he could be more attentive to customers' requirements. Admittedly, the unit he proposed, which costs roughly $1,000, is probably superior to the $400 one I had initially considered. However, I intended to install the water softener just to fulfill a buyer's demand and minimize costs. Overall, Zak communicated excellently and punctually, which I appreciated.
